One of our unique programs at Sencore is the Employee Recognition Program. Once each quarter, employees are nominated by their peers and managers in any of eight categories for exceptional performance or extra effort. These are the categories for nominations:

But there's more. In addition to being recognized in front of peers, once an employee is nominated in all eight categories, he or she receives a cruise for two in the Caribbean - absolutely free!
