| Description
|
A Product Manager will be responsible for both product
planning and marketing including: managing the product
line throughout the entire product life-cycle, gathering
and prioritizing product and customer requirements,
defining the product vision and working with the engineering
department to deliver winning products. Around 40% of
the product managers time will be spent working
with the sales department to ensure revenue and customer
satisfaction goals are met. This person will be a key
interface with major accounts, informing them of our
product road maps and demonstrating the future potential
of our product lines with major broadcast, broadcast
equipment manufacturer, and retail companies. Also,
the product manager will direct the engineering and
application engineering department to set
proper priorities regarding development vs. enhancements,
bug fixes, etc.

| Requirements |
A technical bachelors degree is required while a masters
is desired. Previous product management experience
is required (2-5 years in a similar industry preferred).
Must be able to travel spontaneously up to 50% of
the time (30% travel is typical). Must be able to
relocate to Sioux Falls.

PMP courses.
