International Sales Manager - EMEA and APAC
Provide leadership, oversight, business development necessary to exceed territory revenue objectives while maintaining budget guidelines.
Develop and recommend quarterly and annual territory strategic plans including strategic accounts and marketing strategies.
Effectively motivate, coach, manage, train, and recruit channel partners, customers and support personnel to maximize financial results.
Provide weekly updates to include business forecast, goals, competitor analyses, sales & marketing strategies, and identify improvement areas.
Maintain and establish effective relationships with customers and channel partners at executive, administrative and technical organizational levels necessary to accelerate revenue.
Manage, negotiate and provide necessary support to develop deal strategy closure.
Provide world class customer and channel partner support.
Up to 75% travel as required to meet objectives.
Perform other related duties as required.
Energetic, positive and self motivated with the ability to work independently and exercise excellent business judgment and strategic sales capacity.
Proven track record of successful technical sales, sales management, and business development.
A demonstrated ability to lead people and obtain results through others.
Ability to solve problems technically, strategically and organizationally to obtain results.
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of digital video broadcast and delivery technology, equipment and markets.
Desire to be involved directly with a hands-on approach for all customers and channel partner sales activities.
Ability to technically understand and provide first and second level customer and partner support.
Experience working with both channel partners and all customer sales activities.
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Ability to develop, provide, present and give effective sales presentations and technical training to customers and partners.
A high degree of diplomacy and professionalism are required due to the extensive interface with co-workers and customers.
Above average computer skills are necessary to perform the administrative functions of the job.
Possess very good written and verbal English skills. Multilingual skills are preferred.
Education and Work Experience
University Degree (BS/BA or equivalent) in a technical field, MBA is a plus.
7-10 years work/management experience with 3-5 years in the video delivery industry preferred
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
Some processes require prolonged standing, as well as some require prolonged sitting.
Must have good to excellent vision and dexterity.
