Process for returning SENCORE units to Sales department:

1. To return a product to Sencore for any reason, please call us at 1-800-SENCORE.
2. A customer service representative will direct you to the appropriate department to handle your request.
3. You will be provided with the best shipping instructions and an RUA (Return Unit Authorization) number to insure your unit arrives safely at Sencore

Please! Do not return any unit to Sencore without an RUA number.
