Overview

The Sencore ATSC987 8-VSB Modulator is a low-cost 1U rack-mounted 8-VSB Modulator designed for use in set-top box development, signal distribution, and low-power broadcast applications.

Features

  • Supports VHF/UHF bands for all off air applications to test all tuning range.
  • Supports major cable plans (FCC, IRC, HRC) with level adjustment for cable applications.
  • Versatile multi Transport Stream inputs:
    • SMPTE310M input
    • DVB Parallel input
    • TTL Parallel input
    • Optional ASI input
  • IF loop-through for combining with external upconverter for use in low power transmission
  • 10MHz reference clock input to add stability to the RF
  • Front panel test output
