Hamlet Reel-Check Media Measurement Software
The Hamlet ReelCheck is a Windows PC software based video and audio media measurement tool.
Quality control is one of the methods broadcaster are starting to use on the incoming media be it file, tape format or a live feed to make sure it is compliant to their required standards, which includes standard tests like gamut and safe area.
ReelCheck can analyze various media files and inputs from any server across a network against a template in; Real time when the video and audio can be monitored for potential problems such as failing safe area or used for faster than real time unattended checking.
Both methods give simple pass/fail indication and a comprehensive log file so the precise location of the error against time code can be identified reviewed and corrected.
