CR7000 BEAM-RITE Universal CRT Analyzer and Restorer

Overview

The Sencore CR7000 BEAM-RITE Universal CRT Analyzer and Restorer is designed to quickly and accurately test and restore most types of CRTs. The CR7000's tests analyze the electron gun and provide you with accurate information about the gun's condition. From these tests, you can easily decide if the CRT is capable of normal output, if you should attempt to improve its operation with the CR7000's restore functions, or if the CRT should be replaced. When the CRT electron gun does have a problem, seven levels of cathode restoration provide the safest and most effective cathode recovery methods possible. Progressive restoration steps allow you to use enough restoration to do the job, but not so much as to damage the CRT further, or needlessly shorten its life.

Features

check Provides tests for all CRTs, including: computer monitors, video displays, televisions, projection TVs, scopes, and special application CRTs. The CR7000 has full dynamic range to test all CRTs – old and new!
check Newly designed sockets allow easy connection to hard-to-reach CRTs.
check Accurate and thorough:
– Exclusive sliding Good/Bad scale duplicates manufacturer's test for the most accurate test results available
– Exclusive Low Level and High Level tracking tests locate color tracking problems
– Detects all gun element shorts or leakage
check Easy-to-use: Simply connect one of the six supplied adapters to test virtually all CRTs without setting and resetting cumbersome setup switches.
check Tests all three guns of color CRTs, with simultaneous display of test results.
check All test results are displayed with interpretation-free GOOD/BAD results.
check The safest and most effective restoration techniques available.
check Six levels of progressive restoration guarantees the safest possible restoration.
check The CR7000 provides self-limiting shorts removal function.
check The CR7000 has three times the restoration range of other testers providing mild current for marginal guns — all the way to the rejuv level for tough jobs.
