RMA Information

To receive the quickest service possible we strongly recommend that before returning your instrument for service you contact us for a "Return Material Authorization" or RMA number. This will allow us to determine if there are any special instructions we need to know before repairing your instrument.

To receive an RMA number please complete the Service RMA Request Form.

Repair and calibration services
The standard flat rate repair charge covers the repair and calibration of the unit. The standard flat rate calibration charge covers the calibration/verification of the unit. Calibration fee does not include any repairs that may be required for the unit to be calibrated to meet published specs. Note Shipping and Parts are an additional charge.

There is a standard fee of $65 for all estimates and units returned un-repaired.

All calibrations and repairs come with a standard calibration certificate at no charge. If you require a traceable certificate of calibration (COC) that is additional $25.00. If before and after data testing (proof of performance) is required a POP is an additional $75.00 on all units with the exception of the PS97 units which are $100.00 and the S881/2 and 802B's which are $175.00.

When returning any audio products for repair or calibration the microphone must be included with the unit.

When returning your PS97 for repair or calibration the SPO2 finger for that unit needs to be included with the unit also include a list of all manufactures that your unit need to be calibrated for.

If your unit has an external Dongle please attach the dongle to the top of the unit being sent in the dongle is required to test all functions of your unit.

We ask that all units be shipped in their original shipping boxes and inserts to ensure your unit arrives undamaged. If you need new shipping material it can be provide for a nominal fee.
