check Warranty Repair - 1 year from purchase date
• Customer pays for shipping to the factory.
• No charge for labor, parts, or calibration.
• Sencore pays return shipping charges.

• All current units on flat rate pricing not including parts and return shipping.
• $65 fee if an estimate is requested, applied to the repair charges if estimate is approved.

• 120 day parts and labor. 1 year calibration.
• Sencore pays return shipping.
check Seven Day Repair Turnaround - Our factory direct service ensures most current line products returned for service will be turned around in 7 working days in or out of warranty providing our customers with the maximum "Up-Time".
check Calibration Warranty - 1 year from purchase date.
• Customer pays for shipping to the factory.
• No charge.
• Calibration traceable to NIST. (Standard calibration does not include a traceable certificate)
• Sencore pays for return shipping.

• Customer pays for shipping to the factory.
• Calibration fee based on instrument.

• Standard non-traceable certificate - No charge.
• NIST traceable certificate - $25.
• Proof of Performance (Before and after data) - $75.
check Obsolete units - We still stock some parts for many of our older units but due to parts availability, many of these units have become impossible to repair.

Return Process
• An RMA (Return Material Authorization) is required before returning a product.
• Return all test leads/accessories along with your unit as they may be related to the problem.
