Service Returns

1. Please complete the following RMA request form. This will expedite your request and help insure your unit is repaired and returned to you in a timely manner.
2. Upon receipt of your request a Customer Service Representative from the Service Department will contact you with your RMA number and shipping instructions.
3. To check the status of your unit please call us at 1-800-736-2673, ext. 301 or email us at service@sencore.com. Please include your RMA number on your request.

Please note: Do NOT return any unit to Sencore without an RMA number.

Repair and Calibration Services
The standard flat rate repair charge covers the repair and calibration/verification of the unit. Calibration fee does not include any repairs that may be required for the unit to be calibrated to meet published specs. Note: Shipping and Parts are an additional charge.

There is a standard fee of $65.00 for all estimates and units returned un-repaired.

All calibrations and repairs come with a standard calibration certificate at no charge. If you require a traceable certificate of calibration (COC), that is additional $25.00. If before and after data testing is required, a Proof of Performance (POP) is an additional $75.00 on all units – with the exception of the PS97 units which are $100.00 and the S881/2 and 802B's which are $175.00.

Special Instructions for Customers returning Audio Equipment, PS97(s), or if your unit has a external Dongle

check When returning your SP295(C), SP395(A), or SP495 for repair or calibration, the microphone must be included with the unit.

check When returning your PS97 for repair or calibration, the SPO2 finger for that unit needs to be included with the unit; also include a list of all manufacturers that your unit needs to be calibrated for.

check If your unit has an external Dongle, please attach the dongle to the top of the unit being sent in; the dongle is required to test all functions of your unit.

check We ask that all units be shipped in their original shipping boxes and inserts to ensure your unit arrives undamaged. If you need new shipping material it can be provide for a nominal fee. These items can be obtained through our Parts department at parts@sencore.com or by calling 1-800-736-2673 ext 418.
