End-of-Sale for MRD Receiver Decoders and AG Cards

Sencore is officially announcing the end-of-sale and end-of-support timeline for the MRD 4400, MRD 5800, MRD 6000, AG 4400, AG 5800, and AG 6000 professional receiver decoders (collectively, the “Products”).

Orders for additional units must be received by Sencore on or before the Last Order Date shown above, and all such orders are subject to product availability. After that date, the Products will no longer be available for new purchase. Sencore will continue to support and maintain the Products through at least the End-of-Support date shown above. Bug fixes and software maintenance releases will be issued as needed until that date, and any special warranty agreements or service contracts already in place will continue to be honored according to their original terms. No action is required for Products already installed and in service.

If you plan to order additional units before the Last Order Date, please contact your Sencore account manager as soon as possible to ensure your order is processed in time.

For new IRD and decoding needs, Sencore recommends the MRD 8000 as a full — and in many ways improved — replacement for these end-of-sale Products.
