A: The 200E encodes one channel of video. The HDMI source can be from C10 or another device capable of standard HD television signals.

Q: Why won’t Youtube let my account stream live?
A: Youtube requires the account to be in good standing and has an approval process to allow the user to show live video. See link below for additional details. Additional help
Q: How long does the wireless mic battery last?
A: The included Bluetooth microphone lasts approximately 2.5 hours.
Q: Is a computer required for the streaming kit?
A: Although a personal computer may be required first time setup and advanced operation. The streaming kit can begin and end events using the front panel.
Q: What is maximum resolution of the streaming kit
A: The C10 camera outputs 1080p30 and the 200E encoder can accept up to 1080p60
Issue and Resolution
Q: The Bluetooth receiver does not plug into the 200E when the SD memory card is inserted.
A: Rotate the receiver so the antenna points towards the ceiling and it will plug in with SD memory behind it. See photograph in the Pre-Even Checklist document available on FAQ webpage.
Q: My computer does not find the 192.168.1.100 address of the 200E over WiFi
A: Confirm IP shown on front of 200E encoder
Q: The C10 camera powered down shortly after turning it one for the first time
A: The C10 battery does not get stored or shipped at full charge. When first opening the Impulse Streaming Kit please install battery into camera, then plug in USB adapter cable to allow full charge. The 200E front-facing USB port serves as the power port for the camera.
Q: The Bluetooth powered down shortly after turning it one for the first time.
A: The Bluetooth microphone accessory kid does not get stored or shipped at full charge. When first opening the Impulse Streaming Kit please use the included USB-Mini to USB Y-Cable to charge the Bluetooth lapel mic and receiver at the same time. Any mobile device USB-Power adapter or personal computer USB port will provide power to charge the microphone.
Q: My stream shows the camera icons, battery indicator, etc.
A: Press the DISPLAY button on the side of the C10 camera. It will cycle between on-screen icons, no icons, and disabling the flip-out display.
Q: My 200E status page does not show thumbnail of camera output
A: Reconnect HDMI cable at the HDMI input of the 200E Encoder
Reconnect Mini-HDMI cable connection at output of C10 camera
Verify HDMI is connected to input (right hand side) and not output of 200E
Verify C10 camera is powered; flip-out display is on, and battery/charge LED is illumated
Q: My 200E front panel shows 0.0.0.0 for IP address
A: The encoder is set to DHCP (obtain IP automatically) and not receiving one from the network
Verify ethernet cable going to 200E can provide IP address/connection to a laptop or personal computer. If it comes up with 169.X.Y.Z IP address the DHCP server isn’t working on site.
Q: The Bluetooth mic isn’t working
A: Verify both Microphone and Receiver are powered and paired, the green light on back of receiver should flash red when audio is received, see manual for additional instructions
Verify 200E encoder settings are configured to use Audio Input and not HDMI, see manual section for additional instruction
Press the Volume + button on microphone several times to increase volume / sensitivity
