ATSC 1.0 and 3.0 demodulator
IP and ASI outputs
Dense signal turnaround with 10 cards in a 2RU chassis
Future proof demodulator with ATSC 3.0 support
Ingest local broadcast RF signals for reuse
Dense ASI and IP conversion
The AG 2700 is a versatile and dense solution for receiving ATSC 1.0 and 3.0 RF signals and turning them around to ASI and IP outputs useful for retransmission by MVPDs and others. By supporting both legacy ATSC 1.0 and the new ATSC 3.0 standard, the AG 2700 allows users to future-proof the retransmission reception infrastructure being put in place.
The card integrates into the industry standard 2RU openGear frame or Sencore’s proprietary CRD 4900 frame, both of which support up to 10 receivers per chassis. This provides the perfect density for receiving all the broadcast channels in a majority of markets.
The hot-swappable card provide for effortless system expansion, while full SNMP, a syslog interface, and an HTTP-based API support quick and easy integration into multichannel systems. For individual operators, the product features an easy to use webUI that will be immediately familiar to users of Sencore products.
ATSC 1.0 (8VSB) Turn-Around
Receive ATSC 1.0 RF signals, demodulate the RF, and transmit the content via ASI and/or IP. The content can then be distributed for retransmission purposes for cable, IPTV, and direct-to-home satellite on existing systems.
ATSC 3.0 Turn-Around
Receive ATSC 3.0 RF signals, demodulate the RF and transmit the content via IP. The content can then be transcoded and distributed for retransmission purposes for cable, IPTV, and direct-to-home satellite on existing systems.
